All returns must be received within 15 days of receipt. Any items purchased at full price will be refunded at full purchase price.**
Sale items may be returned for store credit only. Please note: if a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, the item(s) purchased are considered sale and can only be returned for a store credit.
All refunds will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.
Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must have the original tags attached.
All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Influencestyle.com.
In the event your return is denied for any reason, Influencestyle.com will return the merchandise back to the purchaser at their expense.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost returned packages or compensation for the lost returned package.
All refused shipments by customer after order shipped will be charged a 25% restocking fee, as well as all shipping costs.
**Influencestyle.com does not accept returns or exchanges on Accessories, Belts, Bathing Suits, Handbags, Jewelry, Leather goods, or Lingerie. Shoes may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
How to Return Merchandise
A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns. To obtain an RA number, Please Email email@example.com or feel free to call Influence’s Customer Service at 941.343.2315. When shipping your return include the completed RA form in the return packaging with the item. Please Fill out RA form and include it in the package. If you do not have a form, include a note with your RA#, name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. (Please note that being issued an RA number does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subjected to inspection. Ship all merchandise prepaid to:

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that amount will be deducted form your order total before we credit the account.
